OEM · ODM · one-piece sampling

Pet furniture your customers keep in the living room.

Woo Nest builds flat-packed cat cabinets, dog crate consoles and wall systems from certified boards, with PUR edge banding on every visible edge. A cabinet workshop in Zhejiang, for brands that want one sample before one container.

  • One piece sampled in 7 days from your drawing
  • PUR edge banding instead of EVA — the joint that survives humid air
  • CARB P2 / E0 board, with the board supplier's certificate attached
  • FOB Ningbo or Shanghai, 25–35 days after sample approval

No minimum on samples. First production order 50–100 pcs per design.

The difference

PUR edge banding, and why it matters in a bathroom

Most pet furniture is edged with EVA hot-melt glue. It is cheap, it is fast, and it is the first thing that fails when a litter cabinet lives next to a shower.

We run PUR (polyurethane reactive) glue on our edge banders because that is what our cabinet lines use for kitchen and bathroom carcasses. The glue cures by reacting with moisture in the air, so the bond is water-resistant rather than water-sensitive.

Practically, that means the ABS edge stays tight through humidity swings, wiping, and the occasional splash — and the joint is close enough to the board colour that it reads as a solid panel, not a taped edge.

  • 0.5–2.0 mm ABS edging, colour-matched to the board and the foil
  • PUR glue line on every exposed edge, including shelf fronts and door returns
  • Edges trimmed and radiused by machine, then hand-checked on the sample

Ask for a cut-off sample and put it in water for 24 hours. That is the test we expect from a serious buyer.

Paperwork

Certified board, honest paperwork

We buy boards; we do not make them. So the certificate belongs to the board supplier, and we say so.

For the US market we buy CARB P2 compliant MDF and particleboard, with TSCA Title VI documentation from the mill. For Europe, E0 / ENF grades under GB/T 39600 or EN 717-1 test reports are available on request.

What we will not do is put an FSC or CE logo on a page because it looks reassuring. FSC is only claimed when the board we are running that week has a valid chain-of-custody number, and we pass the number through to you.

  • Board certificates supplied as PDF copies with the shipment documents
  • Formaldehyde class stated per SKU, not per website
  • FSC-certified board available on request, quoted separately

OEM / ODM

OEM and ODM from a cabinet workshop

We are set up like a small furniture factory, not a trading company with a photo studio.

Panels are cut and drilled on CNC, edged in-house, assembled and packed in the same building. That is why we can take a change — another width, a mesh front, a different foil — and quote it the same week instead of sending it to a third party.

  • Your logo: laser engraving, foil stamp on cartons, printed manuals
  • Your packaging: retail carton with barcode and Amazon-ready labels
  • Your design: we draw from a photo, a competitor sample or a dimensioned sketch
  • Low first order: 50–100 pcs per design, 200–300 pcs once sizes or foils change

How sampling works

Questions buyers ask

Straight answers

What is your MOQ?

50–100 pcs per design for a first order in our standard sizes and foils. 200–300 pcs when you change a dimension, a finish or the carton.

Can I order a single piece first?

Yes. That is the point of our sampling program. The sample fee is calculated from the board, hardware and labour of that one piece, and it is credited in full against your first production order.

Which boards do you use?

CARB P2 / E0 MDF and particleboard from Chinese mills with TSCA Title VI documentation, melamine-faced or veneered. FSC-certified board is available on request and quoted separately.

How long does production take?

7 days for a sample from your sample, 15 days for a sample from our drawing, then 25–35 days for production after sample approval.

Do you ship to Amazon warehouses?

We can pack to your FBA requirements — barcode labels, poly bags with suffocation warnings, carton size limits and pallet configuration. Tell us the marketplace and we will quote to that spec.
