Shared carcass with the hooded model — you can mix door styles inside one container order.

Some markets will not accept a slatted front; they want the tray invisible. This version keeps the same carcass and tooling and swaps the door for a solid panel, with ventilation moved to a louvred back panel.

Everything else is shared with the hooded cabinet: tray insert, adjustable shelf, walnut-look top, PUR-edged ABS and the flat-pack carton. Two SKUs, one set of boards.

Questions about this product

Is the closed version safe for the cat?

Airflow comes through the louvred rear panel and the 5 mm gap around the door. We can increase the vent area or add side vents on request — the drawing is adjusted before sampling.

Can I order both door styles in one container?

Yes. Both models share the carcass, tray insert and carton footprint, so a mixed order does not need a second tooling charge.

Does the door come with a lock?

Not by default. A child-safety magnetic catch or a small cam lock can be added at the drawing stage for 200 pcs and up.
