MOQ & shipping
The numbers, before the call.
Most suppliers answer MOQ with 'depends on the project'. Here are ours, per SKU, with the carton they are calculated from. If you need a different number, tell us which one and we will quote the change.
Terms
Standard terms, no fine print.
These are the terms we start from. They are negotiable, but they are written down so you can compare them with the other quotations on your desk.

Loading
Carton volume, then the real plan.
The loading figures on each product page come from the carton volume, which is what we can calculate before a container exists. Before you pay a deposit we confirm the figure against a real loading plan for the mix you ordered — that is the number that goes on the proforma.
Mixed containers are welcome. The limit is usually weight on the feeder stations and volume on the consoles, so a mixed order often loads better than a single-SKU order.
| SKU | Carton (cm) | Gross kg | CBM | Per 40HQ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Litter cabinet, hooded | 70 × 58 × 16 | 22.5 | 0.065 | 850 |
| Litter cabinet, closed | 70 × 58 × 17 | 23.5 | 0.069 | 800 |
| Dog crate console | 110 × 70 × 18 | 38 | 0.139 | 410 |
| Double crate console | 140 × 60 × 18 | 45 | 0.151 | 380 |
| Cat wall set | 85 × 45 × 18 | 19 | 0.069 | 810 |
| Raised feeder station | 60 × 35 × 14 | 8.2 | 0.029 | 1,900 |
Freight
One piece by air, a container by sea.
A single sample is cheap to fly and expensive per kilo; a container is the opposite. The break-even for most of these SKUs is around 8–12 pcs by sea versus air, depending on destination.
- Sample by air express: about USD 70 for a feeder, USD 150–250 for a litter cabinet, USD 300–450 for a console
- Sea freight: FOB from Ningbo or Shanghai, roughly 30–38 days to the US West Coast, 32–40 to the East Coast
- Amazon FBA: we pack to your marketplace rules — barcode, poly bag, carton weight and pallet spec
- We can ship on your forwarder's account and send documents directly to them
