Who we serve
Five kinds of buyer, five different first orders.
A single-store retailer in Ohio and an importer moving three containers a year do not need the same quotation. This page is how we split it, so your first order is sized to your cash flow rather than to our factory.
Segments
What the first order looks like.
The rule of thumb: your first order should be one container, or one pallet if you are testing. We will tell you when a smaller order makes no sense on freight, and when a bigger one is just inventory you cannot sell.
| Buyer | Typical first order | What we adjust |
|---|---|---|
| Independent pet retailer | 1 pallet, 20–60 pcs | Mixed SKUs, retail-ready cartons, low MOQ per SKU |
| DTC / e-commerce brand | 1 container, 2–4 SKUs | Branded cartons, manual, FBA prep, photography samples |
| Importer / distributor | 1 × 40HQ, 4–8 SKUs | Loading plan, exclusivity, price breaks, spare parts |
| Amazon seller | 1 container, FBA prep | Barcode labels, poly bags, carton weight limits, IPI-friendly volumes |
| Design studio / trade | Sample first, then 50–200 pcs | Custom finish, veneer, one-off tooling, NDA |
What we will say no to
Three things we do not do.
Saying no early saves both sides a container of trouble.
- We will not print a competitor's brand on a product, or copy printed artwork we did not design
- We will not drop-ship single units to consumers — this is a wholesale business
- We will not claim a certification, a factory audit or a client logo we cannot evidence in writing
