OEM / ODM

Two ways to get your own line.

OEM when you already know the product and want it built properly. ODM when you know your customer but not the drawing. Both start with one piece.

What we take on

Boards, edges and assembly — not everything.

We cut, edge, drill and pack in one building. That covers carcasses, doors, shelves, consoles, wall panels and the cartons they ship in. It does not cover sewing, metal wire crates, plastic injection or textile cushions — we source those to your spec instead of pretending we make them.

Saying that up front is the reason our sample turns up matching the drawing: the parts we do not make are ordered before the first cut, not after.

  • CNC cutting and drilling from a DXF or a dimensioned drawing
  • PUR glue-line edge banding, 0.5–2.0 mm ABS, matched to the board and foil
  • Assembly and hardware kits, cam-and-dowel or screw-and-dowel
  • Retail carton printing, barcodes, manuals, poly bags, FBA labels
  • Sourcing of wire crates, stainless bowls, steel brackets, textiles

Parts, edging and hardware are checked together before packing.

OEM vs ODM

The difference is who supplies the drawing.

In OEM you send the design and we build it. In ODM we draw from a photo, a reference product or a competitor sample, and you approve the drawing before we cut. The price basis is the same; the risk shifts.

Design protection

Your design stays yours.

We sign an NDA before drawings are exchanged, and we do not put a customer's tooling or drawing into our public range. If you want exclusivity on a shape, ask for it in writing at the quotation stage and it goes into the agreement for a defined period.

  • NDA signed before the first drawing, both directions
  • Customer drawings and cutting files are not reused for other buyers
  • Exclusivity on a design available on request, quoted with the MOQ
  • No photographs of your product go on our site or our Alibaba store without written permission

Questions

Do you work with trading companies?

Yes, as long as the brief is clear. We quote the factory and let you add your margin; we do not approach your customer directly.

Can you match a competitor's product exactly?

We can match the function and the look, and we will tell you where we would build it differently. We do not copy trademarks, printed artwork or patented mechanisms.

What if my design needs a material I do not use?

We quote the part we make and source the rest, with the supplier named in the quotation. You always know which parts are ours.

How do you handle exclusivity?

Ask at quotation. For a defined period and a minimum volume we will not sell the same design to another buyer in your market.

Ready to price your first project?

Send the category, quantity and destination port. You'll get an indication within one business day.
