What we collect

When you send an enquiry we collect the fields you fill in: name, email, country, category, and — if you choose to provide them — company, WhatsApp, quantity, port and message. We also record the page you sent it from and a hashed version of your IP address, used only to stop spam and duplicate submissions.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not follow you to other sites, which is why we can use it without a cookie banner.

We do not run advertising pixels, we do not sell or buy contact lists, and no data leaves this site to an ad network.

• Enquiry fields you submit
• Hashed IP address and timestamp, for spam and rate limiting only
• Attachment metadata if you upload a drawing or photo

Why we hold it

To answer your enquiry, quote a price, send a sample and — if a shipment follows — issue the documents. The legal basis is your request, and afterwards our legitimate interest in keeping a commercial record of the transaction.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become an order are deleted after 24 months. Order documents are kept for the period Chinese accounting and customs law requires. You can ask for deletion earlier and we will do it unless a document is legally required.

Who sees it

Our own sales team, our freight forwarder when a shipment is booked, and the platform providers we run the site on (Cloudflare for hosting and email delivery). We do not sell data and we do not share it with other factories.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@woonest.com from the address you used and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising cookies. If a spam-protection widget is active on the enquiry form, it may set a technical cookie for the duration of the form submission only.

If anything here is unclear, write to hello@woonest.com and we will answer in plain language.
