The factory

A cabinet workshop, not a trading office.

One building in Zhejiang: boards in at one end, cartons out at the other. Cutting, edge banding, drilling, assembly and packing happen under the same roof, which is why a change can be quoted the same week.

Machines

What is actually on the floor.

The list below is what we run for panel furniture. If a machine matters to your decision, ask for a video of it running with a date card — a photo of a machine proves nothing about whether it works.

  • CNC routers for cutting and drilling from DXF files
  • Automatic edge bander set up for PUR glue, 0.5–2.0 mm ABS
  • Panel saw for oversize tops and long console panels
  • Drilling centres and manual boring for hinge and cam positions
  • Press and clamping tables for assembly and foil wrapping
  • Carton line with barcode labelling and drop testing

What we do not do

The parts we buy in.

Wire crates, stainless bowls, injection-moulded parts, sewn cushions and powder coating are sourced, not made. We name the supplier in the quotation and hold them to the same approval you gave us. A factory that claims to make everything usually makes none of it well.

  • Steel wire crates and mesh: sourced to your spec, inspected on arrival
  • Stainless bowls and plastic inserts: food-contact reports on request
  • Cushions and textiles: sourced, sample approved by you
  • Powder coating: outsourced, colour matched to the board or foil

Quality

Two gates, then the inspection.

First gate is the sample: nothing is cut until a piece is approved. Second gate is the first article off the production line, checked against the sample. Then AQL 2.5 before packing, with photos of the finished lot.

Questions

Can we audit the factory?

Yes. Send the audit date and the standard (BSCI, Sedex, or your own checklist) and we will confirm what we can evidence. We are honest about which audits we have not done yet.

How many containers a month can you make?

At a normal product mix, one to two 40HQ per month, depending on how much of the order is new tooling. Ask for a date-specific answer against your forecast rather than a yearly claim.

Is the factory in Zhejiang or somewhere else?

Zhejiang, within road distance of Ningbo and Shanghai ports. The exact address goes on the proforma invoice and the audit invitation.

Can we visit before ordering?

Yes — and we would rather you did. Bring the drawings and leave with a carton sample.

Ready to price your first project?

Send the category, quantity and destination port. You'll get an indication within one business day.
