The long top panel is the constraint — widths above 140 cm need a different carton and a new freight quote.

Same construction as the single console, doubled: two bays, four front panels, one continuous top. It ships in one carton instead of two, which is the reason the delivered cost per console is lower than two singles.

The centre divider is a structural panel, not a spacer, so the top stays flat under load across the whole span.

Why is this cheaper per console than two singles?

One carton, one top panel, one freight unit. The board content per console is close to two singles, but the packing and the container loading improve — about 380 pcs per 40HQ against two singles at 205.

Can the bays be different sizes?

Yes, from 150 pcs. A common request is one 24-inch bay and one 30-inch bay for a small dog and a large one.

Does the 140 cm carton fit standard pallets?

No — it exceeds a 120 cm pallet, so it ships as loose cartons or on a custom pallet. Tell us your warehouse rules and we will quote the right packing.
